Meet Our Staff
To start, our medical specialists are qualified in a all types of allergies that should cover the majority of the symptoms you are experiencing. Our medical staff are Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology with 20 years of practice combined: Dr. Michael Akl specializes in treating and working with patients in the realms of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology. Nathan Dossey specializes in treating and helping patients whose specific problems surround FNPC Allergy.
Dr. Michel Akl is board certified in asthma, allergy and immunology as well as aesthetic medicine. A graduate of St. Joseph University school of medicine of Beirut, Lebanon, Dr. Akl did his residence in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, SUNY at Buffalo, and his fellowship in asthma, allergy and immunology at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
Nathan Dossey is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in asthma, allergy and immunology as well as emergency medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree at Daemen College where he graduated with academic honors and completed his graduate training at Gannon University graduating with academic honors. Nathan is a lifelong resident of WNY and has diverse experience working in acute in patient hospital care, emergency hospital medicine and specialty asthma, allergy and immunology practice.
Christine Dobrasz is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in asthma, allergy and immunology. Christine was born and raised in Niagara Falls and is dedicated to the health of the local community where she has been working for over 30 years. She has a diverse background treating adult and pediatric patients in the areas of acute care, hospital nursing, community health and school health. She has received her MSN in Nursing where her research focus was related to asthma.
